1.  In less than 5 minutes, you will receive a series of emails from us.  One of them will say “New Account Information” and this one is very important.

2. You can log into our “Client Area” with that big white button in the top right hand corner.  Your user name and password is in the email we just mentioned above.

3. The client area contains all your information and is also where you will do all your support requests.

I am only doing the 90 day trial. How do I access my website?

If you are doing the trail website, then your domain name will be www.word.wellnesslink.ca where word is the word you chose in the setup.  Check your New Account Information email, as it will also have your access inforamation.

I purchased a domain name and a paid subscription. How do I access my website?

It generally takes up to 4 hours for the new domain name you just chose to populate over the internet.  Most times, it happens within 10 minutes but not always!  So, if your website doest’t work, just want for an hour before putting in a support ticket. There is nothing we can do to speed it up, unfortunately.

As soon as your chosen domain name starts to work, then you can go to your website on any browser.  To login, type in:

www.domain.name/wp-login  (replace domain.name with your domain name)

This will take you to the username and password you choose when you first setup the website details.

Log into your Client Area (big button in top right corner).  You can put in a support ticket by going to this area.
